The Seventh Corporate Plan (CP-7) provides a sustainable long- term solution to prevailing operational and national domestic resource mobilization challenges.

 

The plan (CP-7) is organised around five Key Performance Areas (KPAs), namely 

1. Revenue Mobilisation Performance, 
2. Compliance and Accountability, 
3. Digital and Data Capability Transformation, 
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships, 
5. Workforce Capability, Accountability and Productivity and Operational Efficiency and Trade Facilitation,

 

 These aims to improve taxpayer confidence and enhance digital tax administration. As a result, the plan will build on previous accomplishments to accelerate momentum that will propel the organisation to greater heights.
