Mr. Mcha Hassan Mcha, the Deputy Commissioner General of the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), participated in the opening of a two-day workshop that brought together experts and researchers in the field of Economics and Taxation from various countries around the world to discuss the Importance of Taxation in the economic growth of developing countries through Taxes.

The workshop organized by the International Growth Centre (IGC) in collaboration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and the Research on Poverty Alleviation (REPOA) was inaugurated by the Commissioner of Foreign Finance, Mr. Rished Bade on behalf of the Minister of Finance today, on the 15th of May 2024, in Dar es Salaam city.
